Purpose of the register

The information contained in the register can be used e.g. to provide additional information requested by the customer, to execute the service requests submitted by the customer, to the general management of the customer relationship and to the marketing or after-sales service of the service itself.

Basis for data collection and processing

The basis for the processing of personal data is a legitimate interest. This arises from the customer service work performed by the staff of Realia Management Oy when the website user contacts the service by telephone, e-mail or via a contact form.

Information content of the register

Personal data entered in the register include the person’s name, title, e-mail address, telephone number, company or entity they represent and their contact details, contact information (eg. e-mails), marketing and promotional information (eg participation in competitions), information on the use of electronic services (eg browsing data, IP addresses and cookies), direct marketing consents and prohibitions, and any other information provided by the data subject himself.
