Purpose of the register

The information contained in the register can be used e.g. to provide additional information requested by the customer, to execute the service requests submitted by the customer, to the general management of the customer relationship and to the marketing or after-sales service of the service itself.

Basis for data collection and processing

The basis for the processing of personal data is a legitimate interest. This arises from the customer service work performed by the staff of Realia Management Oy when the albergabusinesspark.fi website user contacts the service by telephone, e-mail or via a contact form.

Information content of the register

Personal data entered in the register include the person’s name, title, e-mail address, telephone number, company or entity they represent and their contact details, contact information (eg. e-mails), marketing and promotional information (eg participation in competitions), information on the use of electronic services (eg browsing data, IP addresses and cookies), direct marketing consents and prohibitions, and any other information provided by the data subject himself.

The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her previous consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of his or her personal data.

The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.
